Marie has worked in Financial Services for 30 years, having started her career at Chase de Vere.  As a CIPD qualified leader, she has been a main Board Director at Chartwell Group and Fidelius Group, responsible for all people and shareholder related matters on a day-to-day basis and leading delivery and integration of several acquired firms. Marie’s outside interests include a passion for working in the Environmental and Ecology sector and an interest in Natural Capital Markets. Marie joined Mulberry Bow in April 2024 to lead the practice on all non-advice aspects of the business, but she still finds time to regularly get away to Cornwall with husband Rob and Miniature Schnauzer, Rufus!
